Guarantor Details
A tenant must earn at least 2.5x the rental amount per month
in order to not require a guarantor. For example, if the rental cost for a
property is £500pm, you must have an income of £1250 to pass the affordability
check. If you do not meet this minimum requirement you will require a
guarantor.
Holding deposit Instructions [Fast-track]
As you have selected a FastTrack booking, as part of
this we require a holding deposit and proof of payment. Once this application
is complete, our teams will complete the necessary checks. You will then be
ready to move-in and collect your keys!
