I agree to the non-refundable Booking Fee terms: (A non-refundable booking fee of €300 is to be paid via EFT once you receive confirmation that your application is successful. This booking fee converts to a security deposit once you move in and is retained for the duration of your stay. The deposit is in addition to the overall accommodation fees. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation is handed back in the same condition as you received it, and all fees are paid. This is the only time that this fee/deposit will be returned.)
I agree that all Licence Fee payments, service charge payments and booking fees are non-refundable.

I understand that the Licence Accommodation Agreement is for a fixed period, and should I depart early, I will remain liable for all Fees due until end of fixed accommodation contract. I understand that no refunds can be made if I depart early.
