You must be over the age of 21

There is is a 28 days notice period if you are given/give notice

You must be in full-time employment. For those who are self-employed or are a post-graduate student, we will require proof of funds or a guarantor

All LOWE guardians must be reliable and socially responsible individuals, who will take pride in the building that they are protecting

Being a Guardian

Guardian schemes work differently to traditional rentals and it is important that all our guardians understand the difference between being a licensee and a tenant.

Have you been a property guardian before? *

As part of signing a legally binding Licence Agreement with LOWE, we will give you a minimum of 28 days notice to vacate the property. While we will try our best to re-accommodate you, it is not something we can guarantee. What would you do if we gave you 28 days notice to vacate? *

Your financial Situation

In order to secure a room, future guardians are required to place a returnable £800 security payment (£500 outside of London). This payment will reserve a room/flat for 7 days whilst documents are reviewed and a licence agreement is produced. All licence fees are taken on the 1st of each month, with a pro-rata fee being paid if you move into your room/flat mid-month.
