A copy of our privacy policy has been provided to be read and checked before signing the tenancy agreement. A copy will also be emailed to you with your tenancy pack.

At Springwell we take your privacy seriously. We will only use your personal information for the purpose of your tenancy which we manage on behalf of your landlord. We will never pass on your details to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
However we would like, from time to time, send you details of products and services which may be of interest to you.
We will also pass on your details to the insurance company which will provide contents insurance

Making your rent payments by the due date is your responsibility and forms part of your joint tenancy agreement. Should your rent payments be in arrears, we will use various methods to try and collect payment. These include sharing this information with your guarantor, other tenants and their guarantors, the landlord, debt collection companies and ultimately the courts. Our legal basis to do this is that of legitimate interests.
