I confirm that the information provided in this application form is true to the best of my knowledge.  


I am happy for my details to be used for the purpose of referencing and for my chosen contacts to be contacted (including those outside the EEA), with personal information which has been provided in this form to allow them to verify the information about my credit status, earnings, dates of employment and previous tenancy term.  I agree that all information on this application may also be shared with the landlord/owner of the property.

I understand that completion of this application does not constitute an offer from Finlay Graham Property.
I understand that to progress my application the following is required: Credit score reference, previous landlord reference and character reference.  I understand that I can provide this information or that FGP’s in-house referencing service will be used.  I understand this will be for a nominal fee of £40 per application.
I understand that in the event of my application being accepted that no explanation is required and that successful reference checks does not guarantee a successful application.
I understand the tenancy is joint and several and I will be required to sign a standard FGP tenancy agreement.  I understand no alterations will be made and I may request a blank copy prior to application.
I understand the full first month’s rent must be paid in a single transaction in order to progress my application. If for whatever reason, the Landlord decides not to proceed with the tenancy, the first month’s rent or any funds paid to Finlay Graham Property by me will be refunded in full.
I understand that in the event that i do not proceed with this tenancy, or do not provide the required documentation as per the application checklist and / or sign the tenancy agreement, within 10 working days of the application date, the property will be re-advertised, and the first month’s rent will be non-returnable in part or whole, even if a tenancy agreement has not been signed.
